NT: Xstrata mine being investigated over miner's death
Workplace inspectors are investigating the death of a 20-year-old man at a zinc mine
in the Northern Territory.
Police Superintendent JAMIE CHALKER says the man died at Xstrata's McArthur River mine
.. 900 kilometres southeast of Darwin on Friday.
He says it's believed to be a workplace incident which is being investigated by WorkSafe
officers ahead of a coronial inquiry.
